This website is designed to provide helpful information to people,
for people to show "LOVE" by giving a "Tribute" to someone. This is done by posting up to 5 pictures (if desired) of the person on
this website along with what you want to say about this person.
It is very easy to participate in this website with assured safety.
Step One: Complete the "Who Left" form online.

Step Two: E-mail picture(s) of the person if you like to
pictures@thedayuleft.org. The fastest way to have your information
posted is to complete online form.
Step Three: For those who are unable to complete the "Who Left" form
online or e-mail pictures. Complete and sign the "Who Left" form and
put your name on back of picture and attach note with description
of picture and mail to address above. Information will be posted in a
timely manner, pictures will be returned to you with printout
of your posting.
